Areas of expertise
My principle research interest is to understand the processes that drive genome evolution. I try to analyze the relative contribution of mutation, selection, and biased gene conversion (BGC) to the evolution of genomics landscapes. Notably, I am investigating the impact of rebombination - via BGC - on the evolution of isochores in mammals.
